Mas Community

We’re committed to consulting with and supporting communities and disadvantaged people within them.

Mas Community works closely with Australian communities to provide critical support services. We’re constantly evolving our service offering to ensure everyone has access to equal work and education opportunities.

Our community support services for disadvantaged groups

Mas Community strives to create equal opportunities for all members of our community, with a focus on those who face disadvantage in their lives. To meet this mission, Mas Community provides employment and education assistance to:

  • Job seekers and the long-term unemployed
  • Young people
  • Mature-age job seekers
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians
  • People living with a disability
  • Culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) candidates

Our support services targeting the above groups include Resilience Through Inspiration & Determination leading to Employment (RIDE)Cycle of Change, Jobs Connect and Transition Services For Retrenched Auto Workers.

Working to improve outcomes for all Australians

Mas Community works with various service providers across the country, connecting our services with Jobactive, Disability Employment Services (DES) and Indigenous services providers to help as many members of our communities as possible.

We collaborate with local Employment Facilitators, Entrepreneurship Facilitators and Regional Development Australia offices to positively impact communities.

Through our extensive efforts across Australia, we work to grow new and existing local businesses throughout the country, promoting job-led population growth to develop regional and remote areas. This ensures more people can work in and give back to their local communities, making regional and remote Australia stronger.
