Proudly part of IntoWork Australia
- About Mas
Collective is a space to come together, to learn, to grow and to continue challenging ourselves and the world around us. Collective shows us that success is not a ‘one size fits all hat’ and that is totally fine.
Collective teaches us that individually we are powerful and together we are unstoppable.
Collective is an inclusive group for women in business. Powered by Mas, we run face to face events in Tasmania, Victoria, South Australia and Queensland. We also offer a free online mentoring program for women in business across Australia, Collective Mentoring.
Collective’s purpose is to empower women and advance their careers through networking, professional development and mentoring. The group acts as a vehicle for women to be inspired and connect with other like-minded individuals.
Get social with us!
Mas Networking strives to support and empower women in business through a range of networking events and workshops.
We facilitate and host a series of regular local women’s networking events, allowing female business owners to connect with one another through shared experience.

Turn a dream into reality… Join Collective Mentoring
Collective Mentoring is a free national program run online and is open to all women in business across Australia. Join as a Mentor or Mentee by following the link below.
Part of our purpose is playing an active part in creating an environment where women empower and support each other.
Through Collective events, we are proud to support women in the wider community by donating a percentage of proceeds from ticket sales to local not-for-profit organisations who work directly with women and children in need.
