Sue Black Takes the Helm: Mas National’s New ACT Manager Shares her Vision
Mas National is thrilled to announce the addition of a dynamic new group of individuals to our team. Their expertise and experience are already proving invaluable in supporting the delivery of the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services across the region.
Among the notable newcomers is Sue Black, who has stepped into the role of ACT Manager. With an impressive 13.5 years of experience in the Apprenticeship sector, Sue brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her new position. She finds great joy in helping clients discover the diverse opportunities within the VET sector.
“I firmly believe everyone deserves to pursue what they love,” Sue shared in a recent interview. “If I can help students and job seekers secure roles that fulfill them, I consider that a personal success.”
Sue’s dedication doesn’t stop at her clients; she’s equally passionate about witnessing the achievements of her team. “It’s incredibly rewarding when an apprentice completes their training and then reaches out to sign up their own first apprentice,” she added.
When she’s not busy making a difference in the lives of apprentices, Sue, a proud mum and grandmother, enjoys an active lifestyle. She loves off-grid caravan camping with her partner and two King Charles dogs. She also indulges in arts and crafts, creates beautiful handmade greeting cards, and unwinds with a friendly game of pool in her shed.
We’re excited to have Sue leading our ACT team and look forward to the great results they’ll achieve together. Stay tuned for more updates on Mas National’s newest additions and their contributions to the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services.
