Workforce Solution Experts Entrusted to Equip and Support Job Seekers for the Modern Labour Market

Job seekers and employers will have access to the workforce solutions expertise of IntoWork Australia (INGT Ltd) and their skilled delivery partner, Mas National, after the Commonwealth Government entrusted them to deliver new employment services contracts in Victoria, NSW, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.

Mr Poul Bottern, IntoWork Group CEO, said helping people gain the skills and confidence to get job ready and secure a job has been part of Mas National’s and IntoWork’s DNA for more than 40 years.

“It’s wonderful the Commonwealth Government has given us the opportunity to equip Australians with the support, employer linkages and resources they need to gain sustainable work whilst providing employers with the skilled workers they need when they need them,” he said.

Mr John Glass, Mas National CEO, said from 1^st July 2022, Mas and IntoWork will provide a tailored, personalised service for job seekers to find and keep meaningful work across a range of contracts including:

• Workforce Australia (replaces jobactive) – in South Eastern Melbourne and Peninsula in Victoria, and Murray and South East in South Australia
• Career Transition Assistance contracts – in Perth North in WA, South West WA, and Fitzroy in Queensland, and
• Self-Employment Assistance – in Sydney Greater West in NSW, Murray and South East in SA, and Adelaide North in SA.

“We will also support business and industry with tailored recruitment and workforce planning strategies.
