Business mentors develop close relationships with their mentee and assist them in identifying opportunities and decision points. Mentors seek to develop their mentees’ capacity to act independently, while also sharing practical advice, awareness and contacts.

The Mas Apprentice Academy has been designed by Apprenticeship specialists to give your Apprentices and Trainees the tools and skills they need to succeed in the workplace. Created specifically for first-year Apprentices & Trainees, Level 1 covers entry-level skills needed to thrive at work. Delivered over four weeks, the free 90-minute sessions cover communication, problem solving, using initiative, goal setting and health.
