Are you ready to take the next step on your employment journey?

In collaboration with local Western Sydney Migrant Resource Centres, Community and Settlement Services, Mas Career Development Counsellors will coach and mentor migrant women on a journey of personal and professional change, to develop the skills and confidence they need to transition to meaningful, sustainable employment.

Who is it for?

Supporting Migrant Women into Employment is designed to provide migrant women across Western Sydney with access to crucial career advice and pre-employment supports to help them develop confidence, independence & employability skills.

The program also offers valuable professional development to support migrant resource centre, community services & settlement services staff in delivering effective career coaching, advice & pre-employment support to clients.

 

 

About the Program

How does it work?

This program is FREE to join and includes:

  • One-on-one career coaching & guidance
  • Post-program support for 6 months
  • Personalised Career Action Plan
  • Access to Mas’ Careers App including links to various support services
  • Choose from 8 x 2-hour Workshops on a range of career development topics

When is it?

The next Intake will commence on the 3rd May 2024 and will be held every Friday until the 31st May 2024. Each Workshop will be held at The Salvation Army Corps, located on Level 1/ 426 Church Street, Parramatta NSW.
