Celebrating the People Who Shape Mas National

At Mas National (Mas), our story has always been driven by our people.

Every day, our team helps shape who we are through the relationships they build, the careers they support, and the communities they strengthen. Celebrating tenure milestones is not just about recognising years of service. It is about recognising the lasting impact our people have across Australia.

Watching our team continue their journey with Mas is a privilege. Their stories reflect not only personal commitment, but the kind of workplace Mas is. A place where people stay, grow, and make a real difference.

A Lasting Impact in Tasmania

It is hard to think about Mas in Tasmania without thinking of Kate Massie.

For 19 years, Kate has been a constant in the region as a Senior Apprenticeship Consultant. Over that time, she has supported thousands of apprentices and employers, helping people take meaningful steps in their careers.

As Regional Manager Kelly Penman puts it, “Safe to say she’s probably signed up half of Hobart along the way.”

Kate has seen the apprenticeship journey evolve and has helped shape it along the way. With around 9,000 sign ups to her name, her impact goes far beyond numbers. It shows in the careers built, the confidence gained, and the opportunities created for individuals across the state.

Supporting Success in Queensland

In Queensland, Trish Blake has been an integral part of the Mas team for the past decade.

As a Key Account Manager, Trish has built strong relationships with clients, apprentices, and colleagues. Her work ensures people are supported at every stage, helping deliver better outcomes for everyone involved.

“We are lucky to have you and couldn’t do what we do without your support,” says State Manager Juliet Stewart. “Thank you for everything you do.”

Her dedication reflects what makes Mas special. A genuine commitment to people, partnerships, and long term success.

Growing Stronger in Launceston

Reaching the five year milestone, Julie Iles continues to play an important role in the growth of our Tasmanian team, particularly across Launceston and the north of the state.

Julie’s journey shows the opportunities that exist within Mas. The chance to build a rewarding career while making a real difference in the lives of others.

As Julie shares, “Grateful for the opportunities, the people I’ve met, and the work I get to do every day.”

That sense of purpose is something we see right across our organisation.

More Than a Workplace

At Mas National, we are proud to be part of the IntoWork Group, working together to create meaningful employment opportunities and support communities across Australia.

What truly defines us, though, is our people.

Their expertise, commitment, and care shape our culture and make Mas a place where people choose to stay. Long tenure does not happen by accident. It comes from a supportive environment, shared values, and the ability to make a genuine impact every day.

Thank You for Shaping Our Story

To Kate, Trish, and Julie, thank you.

Your dedication, experience, and the countless lives you have impacted are a true reflection of what Mas National stands for. You have not just been part of our journey. You have helped define it.

It is people like you who continue to make Mas a place where careers grow, communities thrive, and stories are built to last.
