What is ADMS?

On the 11th April 2022, the government introduced a new database called the Apprenticeships Data Management System (ADMS). ADMS is linked to your Digital Identity on the myID App, so please continue reading this webpage for more information. ADMS functions are being released in stages and will replace the old methods of submitting application/claim forms via post or email. Currently, all employer applications / claims are submitted via the ADMS portal.

What is myID?

myID lets people prove who they are when using government online services – like an ID on your phone, rather than having to visit a government office or shopfront.

What You Need To Do As An Employer!

  1. You must link all ABNs (if you have multiple) to the RAM.
  2. When logging into ADMS, you will need to select an ABN and you will only be able to view claims for the apprentices under that specific ABN.

  1. Sign in to ADMS with your myID as a Business User.
  2. Explore the features availabl to employers within ADMS.

Your bank details

If your bank details are not appearing on the Claim/Application Form, you will not be able to lodge your Claim/Application Form yet. You must email your bank details to Mas via the link or instructions below. We will then enter your bank details into the ADMS Portal and if you check your Claim/Application Form again a few days later the bank details will now appear. If you are using ‘Safari’ to access the Claim/Application Form (ie. Apple iPhone, iPad, MacBook) the bank account button will not appear. You must use a different device or web browser (ie. Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge). To provide your bank details, Click here .
