Mas Allied

Mas Allied | Practical Support delivered by Professionals

As a team of allied health professionals, we truly believe that having a worklife is key to making life work. There are so many mental health benefits to employment, such as a sense of independence, achievement, and of being valued. Working improves confidence, social skills, and develops a person’s sense of self and future direction.

That’s why we maintain a work focus around the health and mental health support we offer. We support employment professionals in supporting their participants and progressing them to meaningful outcomes.

When you refer you can expect participants to have a better understanding of the patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviours related to their employment barriers, and to have started to develop or at least consider new ways of thinking, managing feelings, and behaving to help them move forward in their life and worklife.
