Mas’ Fit 4 Work program is proud to support First Nations people and is designed to improve your health while preparing you for employment. With the support of our specialist facilitators and careers team, we will help you realise your true potential.

Get Out, Get Active, Find Work!

Mas’ Fit 4 Work program is FREE to join and will engage unemployed, non-active First Nations, with the aim being to get participants “Fit for Work”.

How does it work?

The program will involve facilitation whereby 50% shall be sports and rec based and 50% work ready workshops:

  • Duration: 12 weeks per program (three programs over 12 months)
  • Sessions: Two intakes per program = two days per week per intake (24 sessions in total)

Who is it for?

First Nations people aged 16-24 years of age.

When is the next Intake?

25th July 2023, then every Tuesday and Wednesday for a duration of 12 weeks from 10:00am – 3:00pm at the Murray Bridge Basketball Stadium, located at 115 Princes Highway, Murray Bridge.

Through better coordination between whole-of-government and sectors that play an enabling role in physical activity, Mas Fit 4 Work (supporting First Nations people), will assist to reverse the levels of poor physical activity and increase movement opportunities across the state, leading to stronger outcomes in community wellbeing, liveability and economic productivity.
