Are you ready to explore an exciting career in trades?

In collaboration with local partners across Western Sydney & Blue Mountains and Illawarra & South East NSW, Mas Career Development Counsellors will coach and mentor women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to develop the awareness, skills and confidence they need to transition to meaningful and sustainable trades careers.

Who is it for?

Mas National’s Empowering Women into Trades Program, part of the NSW Government’s Connecting Women to Trades initiative, is designed to provide culturally & linguistically diverse women, including females students, across Western and South East Sydney with access to crucial career advice and pre-employment supports to support them to develop confidence, independence & employability skills.
