Celebrating 20 Years with Mas National

Remember to celebrate milestones as you prepare for the road ahead
Let’s take a moment to celebrate Tarah Marygold, who’s dedicated 20 years to transforming lives through Apprenticeships in Australia.
We want to express our deepest gratitude for her remarkable contributions.
Currently serving as our Business Consultant Team Leader in the area spanning from Raukkan to Mount Gambier, Tarah has made a significant impact on the lives of Australians across the country throughout her two-decade journey with Mas.
One of those lives is Liam and his family. Last year, they met Tarah at a job expo in Mount Gambier. Living in a small town with limited access to employment services, Liam had lost hope of finding a job.
“The minute we saw Tarah I knew we needed to talk to her. She had previously signed my daughter on as an Apprentice to become a qualified Chef,” said Trish Young, Liam’s mother.
“If anyone could change Liam’s life, it was her. Within minutes, she was telling him how it was going to be, firm but inspiring, and before the end of the day, she had located a potential employer and a career pathway for Liam to consider.”

Over the past 20 years, Tarah has been instrumental in supporting young people in transitioning from school to employment, contributing to the growth and development of Aboriginal communities, supporting local businesses in diversifying their operations and empowering tradespeople to enhance their skills.
“We’re fortunate to have exceptional team members like Tarah, who have been with Mas for 20 years and have played a significant role in our success, said John Glass, Mas CEO. “Tarah’s strong work ethic, humility, resilience, and commitment to delivering on her promises have contributed to her success.”
